ESSA’s AGM and Summer Event returns on 9th July 2026, bringing members together for two days of insight, connection and industry collaboration.

The programme begins with the ESSA Annual General Meeting, a key moment in the association’s calendar where members hear updates from the Board, review the year’s progress, vote on board representation and gain a clear view of the priorities shaping ESSA and the wider exhibition services sector. With breakfast and networking included, the AGM also offers a valuable opportunity to connect with peers while enjoying complimentary access to one of the industry’s leading events.

The afternoon continues the networking in a more relaxed setting as the ESSA Charity Golf Day, proudly returns, within 10,000 acres of Northamptonshire parkland and ancient woodland.  This year’s event will raise funds in memory of our colleague, friend and ex board member Andy Hickinbotham.

For those who don’t play golf, a GPS Treasure Hunt & Crystal Maze Challenge will run in parallel, offering a fun, team-based experience filled with puzzles, exploration and light-hearted competition. It’s a great way to get involved, meet fellow members and be part of the day’s activities while enjoying the stunning surroundings of the venue.
